Acetaia Le Aperte's high-quality balsamic vinegar obtained from the grape must of their oldest vineyard, slowly cooked and aged 30 years in multiple barrels. During its aging process, it acquires aromas, colours and hints of chestnut, cherry, oak, mulberry, acacia and ash. This balsamic has an amazingly smooth consistency, extraordinary body and extensive bouquet. Perfectly paired with raw beef or tuna tartare, porcini mushrooms, mature cheeses and panna cotta.
