A French classic, this sea salt is hand harvested from clay-lined salt ponds located in the Gu̩érande region of France. Its beautiful grey colour and briny flavour make it suitable for a variety of cooking needs including grilling, roasting and baking. Uses: Wonderful on braised meats, roasted root vegetables and in baked goods along with just about anything else you can think of. A preferred topping for caramels, chocolates and truffles.
